Masina are 124.000km :(

 

 

 

Sper ca s-a terminat cosmarul,

 

Poate nu este semnificativ diferenta dintre piese vechi si noi dar totusi ma gandesc ca nu au fost modificate daca n-avea vreun rost...

in orice caz astept cu nerabdare pana maine cand va fi masina gata si tot ce pot sa-ti pun este : Multumesc Robert!

dupa ce vad aici sunt tare multumit si mai mult ca sigur maine cand o vad in realitate voi fi si mai multumit,

treaba mai detaliata decat atat nu se putea, jos palaria...

am auzit motorul in video postat mai sus si vreau sa zic ca nu se compara,

Sper sa nu aiba nimeni parte de asa ceva ca pentru mine a fost pur si simplu un cosmar,

masina abia achizitionata si de fost proprietar (unic) si aruncata in garaj de 2luni de zile cu o saptamana dupa achizitie,

e foarte dureros...nu va doresc.

Cu lantul nou (mai gros) si cu eliminarea demontarii motorului de pe masina e clar. La anul voi schimba si eu distributia (desi nu am zgomot inca)

 

Estimez ca voi avea pe la 100-110 k km pe atunci.

 

Pana atunci stau geana sa vad piesele astea noi cum se comporta pe masini si cate variante vor mai apare pana atunci.

Da, noi nu demontam motorul de pe masina, il ridicam putin sa scoatem baia de ulei, atat.

 

Numai 2 lanturi poti sa schimbi? banuiesc ca al 3-lea nu poti sa-l schimbi cu fara sa dai motorul jos nu?

 

Nu este obligatorie inlocuirea celor 3 lanturi? mai ales daca acum difera si dimensiunea lor si a patinelor

Se pare ca sunt ceva diferente intre kit-ul vechi si cel nou. :)

Lantul este mai gros si patinele stau mult mai stranse pe lant.

Kit-ul asta l-am montat si eu. Aceleasi patine, aceleasi lanturi. Dar dupa 10.000 de km zumzetul reapare. Nu la fel ca inainte, insa in liniste deplina si cu urechea formata, il auzi.

La mine nu s-a auzit niciodata ca in filmul de mai sus, dar tot ma deranja existenta lui.

 

Smiley, se schimba toate 3 lanturile. Lantul de la pompa de ulei vine PESTE cel de distributie, deci n-ai cum sa-l ratezi. :)

Pai sunt ca si cele vechi. Ma rog... ca si cele montate de mine in octombrie.

Aceleasi constatari le-am facut si eu la kit-ul meu, dar n-am dat mare importanta.

 

Credeam ca au aparut deja patinele noi, alea cu alb si negru postate de Bala intr-un post anterior.

@Markenstein - cand ai luat masina nu ti se parea nimic suspect la sunetul motorului? Nu cred ca a facut asa dintr-o data.

 

Ai sa razi dar am fost cu masina la Bavaria si am platit 450lei pentru verificarea totala si tot ce mi-sa spus era " Zgomot la distributie" si in momentul care am cerut sfatul lor mi-sa spus ca nu este nimic grav ca la majoritatea se aude asa...

deci sa-ti faci o idea ca altfel n-as fi fost nebun sa-o cumpar si adevarul este ca la mine nu se auzea de la inceput in halul asta dar s-a agravat fix in 2 saptamani in halul care se aude in video.

Buna ziua tututor,

 

Sunt nou pe aici, dar ca bmw-ist nu sunt chiar nou.

Am 3, doua achizitionate de noi, si anume un e36 cu M40 (asta este 1.8i cu 8v parca), un e87 cu M47 care are acum 92.000 km si un e82 cu n47 care are acum 134.500 km. Cu e87 am mers eu 45.000 km dupa care l-am lasat parintilor, cu e82 am mers numai eu.

 

Am citit si recitit cele 93 de pagini, imi cer scuze daca mi-au scapat unele lucruri.

Prima intrebare care imi permit sa v-o adresez este urmatoarea: lanturile noi sunt mai late cu 1mm decat cele din 2009 sau decat cele anterioare lui 2009?

Este cineva in posesia unui raport Puma de anul acesta?

Mai jos, de fapt in prima pagina, BALA a modificat lista. Sa inteleg ca desi sunt alte partno. lanturile au fost identice pana acum?

Cu riscul de a deveni insistent, l-a comparat cineva pe 902 cu 652 ?

Masina desfacuta de Bimmer Service il avea pe 902 sau pe 652 ?

 

Bala, ai postat acolo 3 rapoarte Puma ! Ai/ati facut o treaba minunta. Din auzite am inteles ca mai este unul nou, din care reiese, tot din auzite, ca zgomotul este normal. Ca nu se mai intervine deloc.

Complaint

Scraping, abrading engine noise from about 1500 1/min or idling, which in the interior

perceptible. The noise can be easily heard on the transmission housing or the oil pan

The released version 7 part numbers of the lower chain guide / slide rails 8573158 and 8573159 are currently not available as planned. The availability of further optimized parts is scheduled for the 3rd quarter is expected 2013th

3 cases are distinguished as follows:

 

Case 1:

For motors N47, N47DK0, N47S, production period 01.03.2007 to 05.01.2009.

In the case of a customer complaint, the following components are to be replaced:

- 11 21 7 803 479 interchange crankshaft with bearing shells.

Note: Only crankshafts with production date after the 5th First 2009 only!

Meaning of the numbers:

- The first two digits represent the production line.

- The following six digits are: year (two digits), month, day.

- The last 5 digits identify the item number of the crankshaft.

The investment in the illustration on page 1 crankshaft is therefore 21 Been made October 2009.

- 11 41 7 797 896 for the drive chain of the oil pump.

- 11 31 8 506 652 timing chain below.

- 13 52 7 797 906 sprocket for driving the high pressure pump.

- 11 27 7 800 523 gear (intermediate for the balance shafts).

- 11 27 7 802 575 gear (balance shaft drive).

- 11 27 7 802 576 gear (balance shaft drive).

- 11 31 8 510 014 timing chain top.

- 11 31 7 797 899 for timing chain guide rail above.

- 13 52 7 797 904 for timing chain guide rail below.

- 13 52 7 797 903 for timing chain tensioning rail below.

Note: Only use guide rails without stiffening ribs! (See appendix, page 2 +3)

Note: Adjust the idler for the balance shafts under repair instructions!

If the intermediate gear and the balancer shafts are set sufficiently, the motor, despite new crankshaft etc. produce sounds!

See Repair Manual 11 21 500 "replace crankshaft."

Note: For vehicles which are already in a previous repair the crankshaft was renewed:

These vehicles treated as described under "Case 2".

 

Case 2:

For motors N47, N47DK0, N47S, N47T production period from 05.01.2009 - 01.03.2011

In case of customer complaint, replace the following components:

- 11 31 8 506 652 timing chain below.

- 13 52 7 797 906 sprocket for driving the high pressure pump.

- 11 31 8 510 014 timing chain top.

- 11 31 7 797 899 for timing chain guide rail above.

- 13 52 7 797 904 for timing chain guide rail below.

- 13 52 7 797 903 for timing chain tensioning rail below.

Note: The screw connection of the intermediate for the balance shafts no longer needs to be solved be!

Note: Only use guide rails without stiffening ribs! (See appendix, page 2 +3)

Note: For vehicles which are already part of a repair guide rails without Installed stiffening ribs and replaced both timing chains were: treat these vehicles as "Case 3" described.

 

Case 3:

PuMA Page 2 of 4For engines N47T production period from 01.03.2011 and already made repairs Guide rails without stiffening ribs:

These vehicles can not be repaired again! Acoustics is instantaneous series stand!

There is no risk of a timing chain breakage.

The replacement of the engine because of this complaint is not allowed!

Note:

Because other parts of tests are currently no acoustically improved chain guide and Clamps available!

Deci schimbarea din decembrie a fost OK. Insa nu au piesele disponibile.

 

Asa ca se folosesc alte piese iar prin toamna vor fi din nou schimbari :wacko:

am un E92 coupe 177cai / 2007 luna 5, lista valabila este cea din postul 2 ?? intreb ca am gasit fel si fel de liste.

cu niste bolt uri in plus cu o garnitura , cu diferite coduri in plus... as vrea daca se poate bimmer service sau cei care au schimbat recent sa puna o proforma cu tot ce se schimba pentru distributie.

 

cu codurile de patine noi ( cele revizutie , cu lantul gros ).

Bolturile se inlocuiesc pentru ca asa recomanda BMW. Daca demontezi suruburi de la motor, trebuie sa pui altele noi pentru ca la strangere acestea se deformeaza.

 

Garnituri inlocuiesti pentru ca se demonteza parti din motor si e normal sa pui noi.

 

Toatea astea nu tin de distributia in sine ci depind mai mult de service daca le inlocuiesc sau nu. In mod normal ar trebui inlocuite.

ok, ar fi ok daca se pun si alea , la optionale macar sa avem codurile acolo ( fiecare decide daca le schimba sau nu ). daca robert a facut atatea schimburi ar fi ok sa ne dea cele obligatorii si optionalele ( suruburile si garniturile )... bineinteles daca vrea.
