problema deschidere portbagaj la E65

Am o problema cu deschiderea portbagajului la E65. Nu merge de la butonul de la telecomanda decat dupa 7-8 incercari, iar actionand butonul de pe portbagaj se deschide doar ajutat. La fel face si la apasarea butonului de langa volan, tot dupa 7-8 incercari. De fiecare data scoate un sunet cum ca s-ar deschide si se inchide la loc. Am softclose pe el.
