Probleme navigatie E53 facelift

Va salut, am un vecin pe care vreau sa-l ajut, are o problema cu navigatia la un BMW E53 3.0 diessel, problema este ca pe display-ul central apare doar sigla "BMW", radio functioneaza, butoanele, comenzile pe volan insa pe display nu se intampla nimic, poate stie cineva vre-o rezolvare?
