Bmw x3 2017 M - nu recunoaste usb stick

Buna ziua,

Am achizitionat de curand un bmw x3 m paket 2017 vin:Wbawz510800y24773 , din austria. Am o problema cu porturile usb in sensul ca atat cel din cotiera (care ar fi doar pt transfer muzica sau update de soft sau harti) cat si cel de sub consola centrala ,nu citesc nici un stick usb. Am cumparat vreo 3 , 2.0, 3.0 si 3.1 ,toate formatate fat32 si pana in 32gb, dar nu citeste nici unul.in meniul media imi arata radio, aux..etc..dar si usb. La update soft imi cere usb stick , dar cand bag usb stick in port , nu il vede. Ce sa-i fac, exista vre-o setare?
