intra greu in viteza 1

Am o mica problema(deocamdata).......cateodata nu vrea sa imi intre in viteza I....se blocheaza la intrare. de obicei trebuie sa scot din nou in punctul mort si sa apa din nou ambreiajul....dar aseara am patit sa nu intre decat de prin a 4-a incercare.restul vitezelor imi intra lejer. Devine enervant mai ales la semafor..cand ai alte cateva masini in spate...si tu nu poti sa pleci....

O parere,ceva....de la ce ar putae fi si cum ar putea fi remediata?

Pune masina pe canal si verifica timoneria levierului de schimbare a vitezelor. Are o siguranta care opreste un bolt sa nu iasa. Daca a cazut siguranta din vari-motive, boltul iese partial si de aici ti se trage. Lasa ambreiajul ca nu ai treaba cu el...

Poate cilindrul, dar mai bine vezi timoneria

Aceeasi problema o am si eu... doar ca acum imi intra ca porcul intr-a-ntaia. Trebuie sa imping cu forta nu gluma ca sa imi intre, si cum mi-e ca poate se rupe ceva, m-am hotarat ca nu mai merge asa.

Dupa lungi si late cautari, am gasit pe net un "Service Bulletin" cu problema asta.

 

Pe scurt, stai pe loc, cu motorul pornit, si incearca sa bagi intr-a-ntaia, dar te opresti cand simti rezistenta.

Cu mana cealalta opresti motorul.

Acum... daca intra pana la capat e problema de la ambreiaj, daca nu intra e de la trasmisie.

 

La mine a iesit ca e de la ambreiaj. Si cum dupa ce merg un pic cu ea intra mai usor banui (sper) ca e de la "Input shaft taper splines not lubricated properly/grease dried out.".

Acum intreb si eu... Ce e ala?

 

P.S. inca nu mi-am pierdut speranta ca e de la timonerie. :))

SUBJECT: Manual Transmission Difficult to Shift - Diagnostic Tips

MODEL: All with Manual Transmission

SITUATION: Transmission may be difficult to shift especially first gear engagement and/or gear shift linkage is binding. Note: Field observations have indicated that a transmission which is difficult to shift (especially into first gear) is primarily a clutch related problem and only in isolated cases a failure in the transmission itself.

 

PROCEDURE:

 

Verify the customer complaint:

 

Note: Engage the parking brake and assure that no people or objects are in the vehicle's path.

 

- Run the engine at idle speed

- Press the clutch pedal to the floor

- From the neutral stick shift position engage first gear

 

If first gear is difficult to engage, hold the stick shift at the resistance point (approximately half of the total stick shift travel) with constant force.

 

Then switch the ignition off with the other hand.

 

DIAGNOSIS 1:

If first gear now engages completely, i.e. the stick shift moves to the end position without any additional pressure applied, there is a problem in the clutch system.

 

Explanation:

Because the clutch does not uncouple completely, a residual torque is transmitted to the transmission input shaft when the engine is running. This inhibits the release and meshing of the sliding sleeve, in the transmission, at the end of the synchronization process. Turning the engine off relieves the input shaft of this torque thus simulating a completely uncoupled clutch.

 

DIAGNOSIS 2:

If the stick shift remains at the resistance point, there is a problem in the external gear shift linkage or in the transmission.

 

CAUSE:

 

DIAGNOSIS 1:

Possible causes for a clutch problem as per Diagnosis 1 above are:

- Input shaft taper splines not lubricated properly/grease dried out.

- Clutch disc difficult to move on transmission input shaft.

- Clutch disc wobble.

- Air in the hydraulic system of clutch mechanism.

- Release bearing defective or difficult to move on the guide sleeve.

- Clutch disc or pressure plate broken/worn out.

 

DIAGNOSIS 2:

Possible causes for gear shift linkage binding and/or internal transmission problems as per Diagnosis 2 above:

- External gearshift linkage binding (shift rod joints stiff).

- Stick shift bellows boot incorrectly installed (positioned too high or too low on the stick shift lever).

- Sound deadening between the outer gear shift linkage and the body incorrectly installed and/or distorted.

 

Possible causes inside of the transmission:

- Faulty synchronization.

- Internal gear shift linkage binding.

- Water in the transmission fluid. (rare)

aerisiti un pic cilindru de ambreiaj.se desface un capac din plastic sub cutia de viteze si se poate vedea un surub de aerisire.lasati sa curga un pic de lichid si strangeti surubul. o sa se vada diferenta.De altfel sanatos si de efect este inlocuirea intr-un service bun a lichidului din ambreiaj.

Si a mea are aceeasi problema..ma sfatuit cineva sa tin apasat ambreiajul 3 secunde apasat inainte sa bag in viteza si vad ca merge. Problema se rezolva daca schimbi ambreiajul

cred ca e vb de cilindrul de ambreiaj.. in principiu se duce cilindrul ala, trebuie schimbat, masina pierde lichid de frana si nu mai intra in viteze... inceraca sa faci pedala dubla la ambreiaj (k si la raba :)) ) sau accelerezi putin inate sa bagi in viteza s avezi daca merge.... daca da e din cauza cilindrului!

aerisit?daca lasi sa curga lichid???acel lichid se inlocuieste cu ceva si eu cred ca aer.deci nu e corect termenul...asa vad eu.
