Salut,am avut si eu aceeasi intrebare candva,dupa nenumarate cautari am gasit undeva in UK un sistem de navi pentru x5 E53 si ajungea undeva in jur la 1800 pounds pana la urma am ales varianta sa pun navigatie pioneer cu un suport fabricat in sua este modelul double din si sincer sa fiu sunt mai multumit de ceea ce am ales pentru ca cel original bmw este de slaba calitate pentru E53,ma ajuns undeva la 1300 pounds cu montaj cu tot.
