HELP, I need to locate and replace my 1997 BMW 740i's Auto Trans Speed Sensor Using the OBD2 code reader :Upon reading the code it came up with this sensor that has to be fixed. Here is the part number : 24341218551 Here is the part that the code reader came up with : Auto Trans Speed Sensor; A/T Sensor - Pulse Generator The Transmission is NOT SHIFTING. Here is the Image of the Sensor: I CAN LOCATE IT IN ORDER TO FIX IT.

Where is A/T Sensor - Pulse Generator The code said it is bad, so I purchased one but can not find it. :frantics: Where is Automatic Transmission - Pulse Generator Sensor located at? I have a 1997 740i and bought a new one, but cant find it.

After replacing the Drive Shaft Center Support Bearing and the Flex Disc. The Car would NOT START. July 5th. July 5th The battery,oil and air bag lights came on. July 8- Then the battery was completely dead. July 9- My truck will NOT CLOSE. July 10- I bought a new Battery and STILL NOTHING. Someone said it was the EWS. I have my keys and remote. I REALLY NEED HELP AND AT MY WITS END WITH THIS CAR. I have to fix it myself because of costs. I REALLY WOULD APPRECIATE THE HELP.

Cineva mi-a spus cĂŁ am o problemĂŁ cu EWS mea (sistem de alarmĂŁ furt), care este whay mașina nu pornește. DupĂŁ ce am scos EWS și a pus ĂŽnapoi ĂŽn, baterie, de petrol și de siguranțĂŁ lumini mi centura a venit pe la mea 1997 BMW 740i și trunchiul nu se va ĂŽnchide. Apoi am aflat cĂŁ bateria este complet mort. Ceea ce este cauza luminile sĂŁ vinĂŁ pe, ĂŽn cazul ĂŽn care bateria este mort? Eu sunt la sfârșitul meu inteligența cu aceasta masina. VĂŁ rugĂŁm sĂŁ ajute. Mi-ar aprecia.
