Intake air temperature e90 m47

Salut! La al meu 320d din 2006 163cp M47 imi arata pe tester IntakeA-Air temperature -50°C si eroarea 9C53 electric auxiliary heater. Are cineva idee, ce senzor ar putea fi? Mentionez ca temperatura de afara o indica bine.

Senzorul de masurat temperatura e in acelasi loc cu senzorul MAF (debitmetru) care are 5 fire.

3 fire pentru volum de aer masurat, 2 pentru temperatura.

Cealalta eroare e alta problema.

E in debitmetru la M47, M57 - bimmer are dreptate .Daca ai pus un debitmetru aftermarket de la o firma no-name, ai toate sansele ca senzorul de temeperatura sa nu functioneze.

Pentru electric aux heater poate fi orice - el ars, siguranta arsa, comanda, contact .

Ala masoara temperatura din intercooler.

Nu este aceiasi temperatura cu, cea masurata la intrarea din aerul care trece prin filtru motorului.

 

Eu stiu ca acolo e un senzor de temperatura.. e aproape si inainte de intake admisie...

 

Asta scrie in TIS:

"Intake air temperature sensor

The intake air temperature sensor is integrated in the mass air flow sensor and measures the temperature of the fresh air drawn in by the engine.

 

The intake air temperature serves as a measurement variable in the DDE control unit for the following functions:

 

- Calculation of injection start and fuel injection period

- Release of pre-injection

- Power requirement calculation, engine

- Rail pressure control

- Charge-air-pressure control

- Exhaust gas recirculation

- Glowplug control

Function

The DDE control unit supplies the intake air temperature sensor with voltage and earth as follows:

 

- U_HR, battery voltage

- M_HFM, ground

The intake air temperature sensor returns the intake-air temperature via the signal T_TANS to the DDE control unit.

 

The signal is a square-wave signal with an amplitude of 5 V and frequency of around 19 Hz. This frequency corresponds to a period duration of 53 ms.

 

The DDE control unit uses the pulse duty factor of this signal to calculate the intake-air temperature in °C. The pulse duty factor can lie between 10 % and 90 %.

 

Troubleshooting

Faults in the component 'intake air temperature sensor' result in one or more fault reactions:

- Exhaust gas recirculation is deactivated

- Deactivation of turbo pressure control

- Volume limitation

- Output of a substitute value dependent on engine speed"

 

Cre'ca acolo au bagat denumirea aia cu termen generic..

 

Si oricum, acum are unde sa caute.

e bine macar ca acum stii ce este tis-ul, dar admisia incepe exact dupa tubulatura aceea care vine din intercooler si intra in egr, vai de capul meu, pulse duty free etc mai bn ii spuneai colegului sa il masoare ca are doua fire si e o rezistenta , daca indica multimea infinita e clar ca e ars

din intercooler zici? eu zic ca in schema este tubulatura de dupa intercooler, si temp din intercooler ce e temp uleiului sau a apei? lol lasa ca il gaseste el si singur...

In primul rand multumesc pentru raspunsuri.🤗

De atunci am mai verificat de doua ori si cred ca acum indica bine temperatura aerului de admisie, 27° si 38°C, asta m-a determinat sa nu dau comanda de un nou senzor de temperatura a aerului de admisie.😁

Luna aceasta o sa- i fac schimbul de filtre si ulei si obligatoriu o sa ii verific si debitmetrul😇 si eroarea 9C53 cand o sa am timp daca nu are treaba una cu alta😁
