Microfonul/voice comand nu mai funcționează

Salutare , de câteva zile am observat ca atunci când ma suna cineva, microfonul nu mai merge , nici cand voice comand-urile. Am fost la cineva și mi-au apărut erorile astea

B7F191 Microphone 2 : interruption 

B7F192 Microphone 1: intrerruption 

Ce este de făcut?
