cauze pot fi multiple. daca bateria este intradevar buna atunci :

1. electromotor defect.

2. motor blocat

ca sa fii sigur invarte motorul cu mana o tura si vezi daca se poate. daca se blocheaza intr un punct ti ai gasit raspunsul. mai poti scoate busonul de ulei si sa urmaresti axa cu came daca se invarte cand invarti motorul.
