The cluster gets the vehicle speed from the ABS/traction control module, so read the error codes from that and report back.
Out of curiosity, I had a similar problem that I fixed by just taking the cluster out and putting it back in. I assume one of the connectors was loose.
If I were to have checked the vehicle speed through INPA would I have seen the vehicle speed, then being able to figure out it was a cluster problem and not something else?
Just trying to make sense of everything.
