Problema bricheta bmw seria 3 (e46)

eu am alta problema la bricheta , mi se incinge f greu bricheta si nici macar nu sta cuplata ,tb sa o tin apasata cu mana , iar incarcatorul de telefon nu merge ca pe alte masini, cu toata ca am verificat voltajul in priza brichetei ,am 12v la rece si 14v cu motorul pornit.... ce ar tb sa fac?
