BMW recalls 300,000 cars that risk stalling completely

 

A recall alert has been issued for BMW 1 Series, 3 Series, Z4 and X1 petrol and diesel models made between March 2007 and September 2011. There is a risk of an electrical fault that has been linked to a fatal crash.

 

BMW has not advised to stop driving these vehicles and plans to contact affected owners directly.

Last year, BMW recalled 36,410 of these cars in the UK. So drivers will be asking why it took so long for BMW to fully recall these potentially dangerous cars.

 

The government must ensure that the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency has the powers that it needs to hold manufacturers to account and protect road users from the dangers of unsafe vehicles.

Man, ei nu recheama masinile de acum 15 ani cu 500 de mii de km in bord. Ei recheama masini vandute recent si e gratis rechemarea, ca la orice brand dealtfel.

Daca ai fi citit cu atentie ai fi vazut ca e vorba de modelele fabricate intre 2007-2011.
