Bună!

Va rog sa ma ajutați intr-o problema. De vreo 2 zile nu mi se mai deschide portbagajul (buton, cheie, maner) fiind automat.

L-am putut deschide manual ridicând de el. Pe la jumătatea cursei opune ceva rezistenta. După ce-l las liber îl pot ridica pana sus. La închidere după ce apăs pe butonul de închidere de la portbagaj coboada în etape de vreo 20-30 cm. Trebuie sa apăs de vreo 4 ori pana se închide complet. Sa fie problema de la amortizoarele motorizate?  Este vreo procedura de resetare ca la trapa?
