Fum alb si lipsa antigel

Salut am o problema cu un bmw730d e65 din 2008 3l /de 2 saptamani imi scoate fum alb la pornire dar daca merg ceva timp cu ia isi revine si dupa iar apare fumul alb, si tot odata mananca si antigelul la 100km cam 1l dar masina trage si merge normal nu am ulei in antigel nici antigel in ulei, si momentan ma aflu in germania cu masina, un mecanic mi- a spus sa anulez racitorul de gase sa pun pe direct se piate face poate fi asta problema?
