e36 bloc m50 / chiulasa m52 2.8

Stie cineva, se potriveste blocul de m50 (2.0, alezat la 2.8) cu o chiulasa de m52, 2.8?

Am o dilema in privinta asta, am intrebat in stanga si in dreapta, dar nu stie nimeni exact...

De la 80mm la 84 mm, cat are 2.5 si 2.8.

Totusi vad ca garnitura de chiulasa e aceeasi la m50 si m52, 2.5 si 2.8: realoem

 

Normal, la 2.0 nu are cum sa aiba acelasi cod, din cauza gaurii cilindrului.

 

Ca idee, ce vreau sa fac:

Am gasit un m50, 2.0, fara instalatie electrica si fara accesorii.

Vreau sa alezez blocul la 84mm.

Pistoane forjate, biele, arbore, chiulasa de 2.8, galeria de m50.

 

Asta ar fi prima faza...

Si daca se potriveste, te sfatuiesc sa nu folossesti chiulasa de 2.8 pt proiect turbo, au prostul obicei sa crape si fara turbo pus; chiulasa de 2.5 non-vanos este folossita de toata lumea in proiecte de genul asta.

Cred ca voi folosi chiulasa de 2.8 sau 2.5 vanos. O fi riscant, dar pentru 300-350 cp cred ca e ok.

Si cred ca ar fi ceva avantaje ale vanosului :)

 

Intre timp am aflat ca se pot folosi interne de m52b28 sau m54b30. Sursa.

Si ar merge si cu pistoanele stock.

Dar nu e obligatoriu, cred ca poti sa-l duci si pe la cineva de la noi sa-ti faca un soft. Ideea era ca asta se ajusteaza singur din mers, invata - pt un proiect turbo eu asta mi-as pune.

E o diferenta de 2mm pentru o compresie de 10.3:1.

 

Deci practic nu alezeaza nimic, pentru ca foloseste blocul de m50b25, 84 mm bore.

 

Aici zice ca trebuie luat 1 mm. De unde si de ce?

 

M50B20 Stroker 3.0 can be the following stage of the upgrade. If you want to obtain 3-liter engine, you need to bore cylinders up to 84 mm (Max bore) and buy new pistons with rings, connecting rods and crankshaft (All from the M54B30). Block of cylinders should be milled by 1 mm. At the same time you will also need new cylinder head and radical loose from M50B25. Don’t forget about timing chain equipped by tensioner and damper as well as all necessary gaskets and 250 cc injectors. When the assembly of new engine based on M50B20 is completed, you will get M50B30 Stroker.
