probleme usa spate E90

De cateva zile sunt fericitul posesor al unui BMW E90 318d. L-am cumparat cu mici defecte la usa din stanga spate. In primul rand geamul nu se deschide deloc din buton si nici motorasul nu se aude cum ca ar functiona, iar in al doilea rand aceasta usa se deschide doar manual din interiorul masini ( ca sa fiu mai explicit, cand deschid cu cheia, nu iese siguranta din usa). Ar putea fi stricata macaraua geamului si actuatorul? Ati mai intalnit aceste probleme?
