Problema instalare upgrade software G12 2020

Bună seara, as avea și eu nevoie de un sfat, am descarcat o ultima versiune de soft pe aplicatia bmw in telefon, apoi am transferat o la auto. La remote software update indica ca pregătirile s au incheiat urmand sa fiu informat cand se termina upgrade-ul dar pare ca s a blocat. Spune ca instalarea este posibila numai la staționare insa nu se mai finalizează in conditiilein care am descarcat softulde  1 luna !
