F06 LCI ID4 nu gasesc Messages in Connected Drive

Va salut!

Sunt posesor de f06 LCI si ma confrunt cu o problema stranie si anume, nu gasesc tab-ul " Messages " din Connected Drive. Zic stranie deoarece masina este, conform VIN-ului dotata cu urmatoarele optiuni. Specific de asemenea ca este un ID4 cu ultimul update de soft disponibil pentru ea ( an 2016 ).

Am incercat pe site-ul BMW sa incerc sa obtin un bypass al codului care in mod normal aplicatia MyBMW ti-l trimite in tab-ul "Messages" amintit mai sus, dar fara succes. 

Intrebarea evidenta este daca v-ati confruntat cu problema asta si daca i-ati dat de cap. Va multumesc pentru atentia acordata!
