sunt in germania si am un bmw seria 3 f30 2017 in talon am trecute doar roti de 16 si eu cand am luato avea roti de 18 ce ar trebui sa fac ar trebui sa pun roti de 16 ? am fost astăzi la tuw si mi-a zis ca trebuie un certificat cum ca ar fi bune pe masina , de unde fac rost de acel certificat?
