Se poate afla cati proprietari a avut masina?

Stie cineva daca se poate afla / unde daca masina a avut si alti proprietari decat cel trecut pe cartea masinii?

 

Am obs ca unii samsari refac cartea mare a masinii ca sa apara decat un sg proprietar pe ea (ultimul). Stie cineva unde (RAR, politie) se pot afla aceste date exact? Sau se merge numai pe incredere?

Pai nu stiu daca se reface cartea masinii, se cere un duplicat. Asta inseamna ca undeva, au astia inregistrati tot istoricul. Poate te ajuta cineva care lucreaza la politie. Altfel nu ai cum. Eventual verifici la BMW cate profile au avut inregistrate pt masina aia.
