Probleme BMW 320d turatii

Va salut, sunt nou pe la voi, si de curand mi-am achizitionat un Bmw 320d an 2000/3 insa am o mica nedumerire la masina, e o problema mai bine zis:

-problema e urmatoarea masina porneste foarte ok, nu scoate fum, si merge destul de bine zic eu, insa apare problema cand nu trage intre 2500-3000 ture, dar asta nu se intampla tot timpul,dupa 3000 de ture trage bine, mai nou aud si un suierat, suierat care il aud la camion cand il trag bine(turbo. Tin sa precizez ca inca nu i-am facut schimbu de ulei/consumabile!

Care ar putea fi problema???
