probleme e60 2006 cu Idrive

buna tuturor,

am o problema cu al meu BMW 525 e60 din 2006.De la o vreme se tot blocheaza meniul Idrive,porneste si dupa cateva secunde se opreste si tot asa.Am scos mufa cu cablul optic de la Bluetooth si nu se mai blocheaza meniul dar nu mai am sunet la nimica,bag mufa inapoi se blocheaza Idrive.Ma puteti ajuta cu un sfat.Ce ar trebui sa verific? este problema cu DVD ?
