problema automatic high beam - Camera-based support systems failure

Salutare,

Masina in cauza este un F20 an 2012, cand apas pe butonul de control automat pentru faza lunga dupa cateva secunde primesc mesajul "Camera-based support systems failure", aveti idee care ar putea fi problema?

Am atasat si o imagine cu mesajul.

Din ce am mai citit ar putea fi parbrizul, nu stiu daca a fost inlocuit sau nu, desi vad ca nu are logo-ul BMW pe el ca si celelalte geamuri.

Functie de configuratie masina poate avea camera de High Beam Assist (HBA) in oglinda sau camera KAFAS pe parbriz.

Doar KAFAS necesita calibrare la schimbarea parbrizului si pot aparea probleme daca parbrizul nu este original. Camera KAFAS2 de pe F20 are o toleranta de inaltime de 1-2 mm, daca pozitia camerei pe parbriz sau parbrizul in sine este montat gresit si inaltimea camerei fata de sol iese din aceast plaja camera nu se mai poate calibra.

Tipul de camera folosit se poate determina in baza VIN-ului dar problema ta nu se poate rezolva fara o diagnoza.
