Resetare soft computer

Salutare, am un E 39 525 TDS , si am inteles ca e bine sa resetezi softul computerului sau sa faci update la el , ce cunostinta aveti in cauza? merge mai bine motorul?

Eu am facut update software la a mea si pot sa spun ca merge mai bine,in sensul ca trage mai bine si am si o reducere de consum.Mi-a gasit 20 de update-uri si m-a costat 165£.525d-2004
