    sigur functioneaza, un condensator,2 rezistente si un led pot reduce chiar la 99% din consumul de combustibil... aiurea!!!

    P.S. de primele 2 nu sunt sigur.
    E la fel ca si cu excrocii, daca n-ar exista naivi nu ar fi nici produsele astea.
