BMW E90 2011 184hp nu trage la fel de bine!

Salutare, am un e90 din 2011, de 184hp nu stiu daca ce o sa va zic mai jos este o problema sau o normalitate.Am sesizat faptul ca uneori masina trage mai bine, te infige efectiv in scaun si trage de mai jos, avand un sunet mai sport.Alteori masina ca si cand nu are avea prea mult chef trage dar nu chiar asa de bine. Ce sa fie? astept raspunsurile voastre.ðŸËâŹ

In medie, eu personal am constatat ca, in general, masinile merg cel mai bine la o temperatura medie intre 12 si 18 de grade celsius. Nu cred ca la BMW e diferit. La 40 de grade plus, sigur va fi mai moale, in primul rand pentru ca densitatea aerului care intra in motor este alta.

Stai linistit, ca si celorlalti participanti la trafic le vor merge greu masinile :))

Vin si eu cu o parere.

 

Si eu am patit aproximativ la fel la F10, sunetul "sport" apare cand DPF-ul intra in regenerare si atunci incepe sa traga mai bine. Iti sugerez sa mergi la un service sau la cineva care are un tester sa vada in ce stare e filtrul la tine.

 

Procedura corecta de regenerare completa (recomandata de baietii de la service-ul unde mi-am schimbat motorul) e de a circula aprox 450-500 de KM la o turatie de 2500-3000 de ture. In acest fel se regenereaza aproape complet DPF-ul si nu ar mai trebui sa fie probleme de putere.

Din ce ziceau ei asta ar fi principala cauza de power loss si turbine stricate.

La mine dupa 100 de KM la 2500 RPM s-a regenerat DPF in proportie de 60-70% de aici a venit si recomandarea unui drum mai lung pentru regenerare completa.

 

Daca ai cutie automata o pui pe manual si gasesti treapta de viteza la care se mentin 2500-3000 RPM si o pui pe pilot automat (in cazul meu ZF 8 trepte este treapta 7 la aprox 134 KM\H), de preferat sa se mearga pe autostrada pentru ca acolo se tine turatia constanta.

 

Cum ziceam e doar o parere pe care eu am urmat-o. Nu ma costa decat ceva motorina si timp (mai bine decat un DPF nou).

 

Nu sunt adeptul modificarilor la motor de ex DPF off decat daca e singura si unica solutie.

Eu tot timpul cand merg pe autostrada o trec pe manual si merg 10km cu ea constant la ~3200 rpm. In plus, fiind automata, la mersul prin oras o tine destul de jos in turatie, astfel ca la aprox. fiecare drum dupa ce s-a incalzit motorul (~ 10 min de rulare) ii dau cel putin o talpa.

 

Am facut asta timp de 1 an si jumatate cat am avut e60-ul si nu am avut nicio problema, nici de putere, dpf, turbina, etc. Si nici cu consumul de ulei (in 15.000 km intre schimburi s-a dus doar o liniuta pe iDrive).

procesul de regenerare incepe cand vrea ecu, nu cand ii dai talpa. DAca il lasi sa termine, si nu opresti, nu ai probleme.

El se face nu neaparat la un nr de km, ci mai degraba de la cata motorina arzi.. Circuli mai mult urban, cu un consum mediu evident mai mare, o face mai des.

Sa mergi 4-500 de km cu 2500 rpm nu ajuta la regenrarea dpf-ului in nici un caz. Poate ajuta la altceva, dar nu la dpf. Poti sa mergi cat vrei tu, daca procesul nu e declansat de ecu, nu desfunda nimic.

 

cei care stiu engleza, pun jos citatul de cum functioneaza dpf-ul la bmw.

Practic scrie clar, ca in timpul procesului, masina nu trage la fel de bine la accelratii partiale ( adica daca nu pui pedala la fund) totodata, daca e automata, cutia va trege singura pe modul sport, in timpul regenerarii.

deci la tine radu, daca masina iti trage mai slab din cand in cand, practic atunci face regenerarea. Daca apoi iti trage bine, inseamna ca procesul al reusit.

Ce spun colegii se intampla cand procesul de regenarare nu reuseste, si incearga non-stop. Dar daca apoi merge ok, e normal, e in regula.

Daca mergi extraurban, si nu sunt -20 de grade afara, torul dureaza 10-15 min.

Urban poate dura mult mia mult.

 

 

"This process, which may last between 10 to 15 minutes, is repeated on a cyclical basis, the frequency depending on the driving style (but no sooner than once around every 180 miles (300 km) and no later than once around every 1200 miles (2,000 km)). If regeneration is interrupted by the engine being switched off, regeneration will be resumed with the next driving cycle. However, to achieve the high exhaust-gas temperature required for successful filter regeneration, the parameters for the quantity and location of injections, together with the air mass (reduction in charge pressure), are modified in the engine control such that their values differ from the normal engine tuning. In addition, the transmission shift points on vehicles with an automatic transmission are adjusted to match those of the S program.

Regeneration of the particulate filter always takes place when the engine is at normal operating temperature. In full throttle mode (not kickdown), there is no difference between the engine tuning and normal tuning during regeneration because the exhaust-gas temperatures are sufficient for the deposits in the filter to be burnt off on their own. Even in this driving mode, however, the transmission shift points on vehicles with an automatic transmission are still adjusted to match those of the S program.

The perceptive customer may notice that vehicle characteristics, such as response and noise, are different during particulate filter regeneration. These differences are related to the modified engine tuning during regeneration and do not constitute a technical fault in the particulate filter system or the vehicle as a whole.

The somewhat delayed response under acceleration, mainly at low engine speeds, results from the reduction of intake air by the throttle valve during regeneration, which does not need to open fully again until there is a significant increase in load. The maximum engine power output available remains available even during regeneration.

The modified injection parameters, such as additional post injections, and the increased exhaust-gas temperature during regeneration affect the noise characteristics of the vehicle, especially towards the low-frequency range when the exhaust system is hot. Noises (sizzling) from the exhaust system may occasionally be heard if the engine is switched off during regeneration. These noises are similar to those heard if the vehicle is parked immediately after a period extremely sporty driving. Odours are common when particulate filters on new vehicles undergo their first regeneration, particularly at low road speeds, because coatings applied during production evaporate (also occurs on vehicles without a particulate filter, but at high speeds on the motorway).

The observations described are, as stated above, normal for the particulate filter system and do not constitute a fault.

The existing quality and longevity risks are increased dramatically if performance tuning is carried out on vehicles with a particulate filter. The calculation models for particulate filter system management stored in the DDE do not work correctly if performance tuning is carried out, which inevitably leads to malfunctions and/or damage. We would also like to point out that performance tuning is generally prohibited by BMW. The same applies to the use of bio-diesel/RME. Their use is therefore not permitted on any BMW EU4 vehicle.

Precizez faptul ca merg destul de sportiv si in mediul urban

Cum ar trebui sa merg in oras sa reuseasca procesu de regenerare?La mine nu trage bine cea ce inseamna ca incepepe regenerare.Dupa ce opresc motorul si astept sa zicem o ora masina trage din nou ca si cand se regenereaza din nou

La mine regenerarea a fost pornita fortat din service, acelasi lucru mi-a zis sa fac si pentru cei 500 de km, sa trec pe la ei sa o porneasca fortat si apoi sa ma plimb asta din cauza ca la mine a aparut Drivetrain Mailfunction din cauza DPF deci era infundat destul de tare.

Am avut si eu probleme cu DPF( infundat cu mesaj in idrive) am mers vreo 1000 km(adunati 50-100-200-300....) 3000-3500rpm( informare eronata de pe internet) si nu am rezolvat nimic ca mesajul tot imi aprea, singurul lucru care am reusit sa il fac a fost sa pape cam 200 ml de ulei in intervalul asta. Dupa care am facut un drum Cj-Ct si pe a2 aveam cam 2300 ture si am observat ca mesajul a disparut si de atunci stins a ramas si am 4000 de km. Deci poti sa rupi tu pedala si cu 5000 ture ca nu regenerezi nimic decat consumi ulei. Edited by DohoDragos

Sunt 2 tipuri de regenerari: activa si pasiva.

Cea activa este initiata de DDE.

Cea pasiva are loc atunci cand temperatura gazelor de evacuare ajunge peste 240*C (la dpf), astfel se ard particulele carbonoase din dpf, dar mai incet. Asta se intampla pe autostrada cand poti mentine o viteza relativ constanta (ex. 130km/h).

din pacate regnerarea pasiva poate aparea numai la dpf-urile cu adblue, nu si la e90..

daca nu ai catalizator ( ma refer la substanta chimica, in speta uree, AdBlue, nu la catalizatorul masinii ) la regenerarea ai nevoie de 600 de grade. Sa ajungi la 600 de grade pe evacuare la un e90 fara ajutor de la ecu, care face injectia post combustie...e imposibil ...

 

de fapt problema cea mai mare e ca nu te anunta cand face regenerarea si daca te prinde in oras, si te opresti, apoi daca iar ai niste drumuri scurte, nu reuseste de n-spe ori sa isi faca ciclul complet si de aici probleme, de obicei apar la masini conduse preponderent urban si drumuri scurte...

Adblue nu are treaba cu regenerarea.

Acum depinde unde e pozitionat dpf-ul, daca e dupa turbocompresor sau mai in jos. Dar in cazul de fata e pus dupa turbocompresor si pot avea loc regenerarile pasive daca se circula preponderent pe autostrada.
