e46 320d ambreiaj volanta

Salut, zilele acestea am schimbat kit ambreiaj + volanta, totul merge bine dar ceva imi sta pe creier.

Cand apas ambreiajul, merge usor aproximativ 95%, pot schimba in orice viteza, merge totul bine, dar mai raman vreo vreo 2 cm in pedala, care se pot apasa, dar mult mai greu si doar daca fortez putin.

Din ce am intrebat la mecanici si la service-ul unde-am facut-o, ziceau ca e self-adjusting pressure plate, si pana isi face rodajul o sa faca treaba asta, pe urma o sa mearga pana jos.

Fapt real sau minciuna ca sa se scape ?

Am vorbit cu baietii de la service de ceva ore si mi-au zis ca posibil sa mai trebuiasca aerisit, mi s-a spart la prima aerisire conducta de la ambreiaj, au schimbat-o, si au aerisit iar, dar probabil ca mai trebuia.

Cat despre montat au zis ca e totul in regula si fara probleme.

Am gasit o chestie despre ambreiajele self-clutch adjustment, se pare ca-s diferite fatza de ce se punea pana acum pe bmw.

In theory, the SAC pressure plate is a noble idea for those that do not have experience driving a manual transmission. The mechanism tries to maintain the same clutch pedal engagement height at all times while compensating for clutch disc wear. For those that have manual transmission experience, it causes frustration as it compromises true clutch engagement and feel. Another downside of the SAC system is that it does not allow for full clamping force especially when the disc starts to wear from stock thickness.

Din ce pot traduce e faptul ca nu te lasa sa aplici pedala pana-n capat, mai ales cat e noul ambreiajul, gen protectie la rodaj.

Am mai intrebat cativa mecanici specializati pe bmw, si ziceau ca e o inventie noua iarasi de la bmw, si asa se comporta ciudat o perioada ambreiajul, pe forumuri din uk am intalnit destui cu "problema" asta si ziceau ca urasc "inventiile" astea noi facute pentru oameni ce nu-s obisnuiti cu o cutie manuala.

Ce ai citat tu se refera la intervalul pedalei unde musca ambreiajul (cat o ridici pana cupleaza), care ar trebui sa fie dupa ajustarea automata ~aceeasi si la un ambreiaj nou, si la unul uzat. Eu asta am inteles cand am discutat cu mecanicul la schimbarea kitului de ambreiaj (care, btw, nu face ce zici tu). Sub nici o forma pedala n-ar trebui sa nu se poata apasa pana jos. Aiurea chestie, ca i-am sunat iar, au zis ca nu mai au ce sa faca, asa e normal sa fie acum si nu are rost sa desfaca.

Posibil sa fie in alta parte? Gen cilindru receptor ambreiaj.

De aerisit nu ma gandesc, daca nu aeriseau se intampla fix invers, nu mai aveam pedala, similar ca la frana, si tot mergea pana jos fara vreun efect.
