Sudura sau inlocuire? BMW E61

Salutare, colegi!

Am un BMW E61 din 2009 despre care Âştiam cĂŁ a avut douĂŁ accidente minore ĂŽn trecut.

Din pĂŁcate am descoperit cĂŁ una din cele douĂŁ plĂŁcuĂže ce Ăžin bucÂşele de pe bara stabilizatoare este ruptĂŁ, iar asta creeazĂŁ probleme la viteze mari.

Am Încercat sã sudãm aceastã plãcuÞã cu electrozi de metal ºi cu electrozi de aluminiu Însã nu a fãcut prizã niciunul din dece douã materiale.

Eu am avut exact la fel la E60. Este destul de complicata inlocuirea piesei.

 

Am fost la sudor care pentru 400 ron mi-a sudat-o. NU au mai fost probleme.

 

Sudura a fost cu plasma sau asa ceva. Avea un aparat care facea caldura si un electrod in cealalta mana.

 

Pe langa sudura in sine, a pus si o bucata de metal pentru a intarilipitura. A polizat si dupa o ora, maxim 2 era totul gata.
