Help demontare volan e46

Buna ziua am scos volanul pentru al da la reconditionat si a iesit plasticul acela negru cu mufe si au iesit 2 benzi flexibile de acolo care erau rasucite . Nu stiu cate ture trebuiesc date . nu stiu sa le aranjez la loc . ma poate ajuta cineva ?? Help Masina este un bmw e46 .

Pune si tu o poza cu volanul ca nu stiu despre ce vb

Pai daca nu l-ai fixat (imobilizat) atunci cand ai demontat volanul, acum e cam greu sa-ti dai seama. Cand vine noua piesa, se monteaza si apoi se rup niste chestii de plastic ce tin folia pe pozitie. Nu ai decat sa imparti rotatiile si sa speri ca e ok. Timpul va arata daca ai impartit bine.

:hairy: am inteles acum. Nu stiu ce sfat sa-ti dau. Doar sa incerci sa vezi daca se pliaza intr-un anumit mod mai usor, semn ca asa ar fi stat ea. Presupun trebuie sa vina cat de cat "natural". Oricum succes mult ca sigur ai nevoie ! Edited by ALEX B100XHX

Din cate am inteles piesa se numeste spira volan ! Dar nu stiu cum sunt asezate benzile inauntru . Are cineva una stricata sa ma ajute si pe mine sa o desfaca usor si sa imi spuna cum sunt puse benzile in interior ? Chear cu poze . :(

Din nefericire nu stiu cum sa te ajut insa iti pun un post in engleza poate te descurci cu el.

 

 

"1) Firstly - remember, it doesn't wind the same way all the way round (IT DOUBLES BACK ON ITSELF)

2) You'll need 2 people

3) be patient

 

And now for the fix:

 

1) Work out about half way for the ribbons

2) Wind half on the outside of the larger outer peice (you know, inside the outer peice)

3) wind the other half around the inner hub on the smaller peice (or face plate peice)

4) and the triciky bit - when you get to the middle, or when both are wound up (you will have a friend holding the cover peice about 1 inch away, tuck the ribbon back in - IT DOUBLES BACK ON ITSELF!

 

Once assembled -

 

1) make sure your wheels are pointing straight

2) the "plugs" are then at the top, or centred, on the hub

3) Before putting the assembled hub back on the steering column, turn the hub until it stops (you will need to push the clip in to allow it to turn), and then count back as you turn the other way until it stops - then, half of this is your centre (if you don't centre it, when you turn full lock on the assembled wheel, you could snap the ribbons as they won't have enough give

4) Once centred, put it back on the car

 

And lastly, a couple of points:

 

1) It's called a "slip ring" or "clock spring"

2) Someone here said BMW NA will sell it for $78US (one of the site sponsors - normal BMW is about $200US)

3) When talking about centreing it so you don't snap the ribbons once assimbled, there is plenty of room for error. The hub will have about 4 turns each way (8 in total) and the wheel will only go 1.5 each way (3 turns, lock-to-lock)"

 

 

Daca nu te descurci probabil vei gasi una la dezmembrari cu 100 lei.

mi-au furat volanul odata si am avut aia vraiste. se poate pune, riscul este ca la bracare sa se rupa. undeva pe net am gasit cate ture are, scria sa-l strangi apoi sa slabesti nu stiu cate, insa l-am pus din ochi. ridica masina pe capre, cricuri, ce gasesti sa ai finete in volan. pune-o ochiometric sa stea nici stransa nici labartata. da de volan ff incet maxim stg-dr. daca vezi ca ai atins capatul, scoti volanul si mai strangi/slabesti o tura. nu e mare inginerie.

 

l.e. scuze, vad ca ai reusit. ma rog, asta era.

Se poate face la loc nu e problema, din cate imi aduc aminte e vorba de 5-6 rotatii complete din pozitia de destindere maxima pana la strangerea maxima a benzii si logic strangi/desfaci jumate din ture, dupa care o fixezi pe pozitie.
