Rola intizatoare curea AC

Salut. Vreau sa inlocuiesc curele (accesorii, AC) si rolele intinzatoare aferente la un e46 320d NFL.

Imi fac griji legate de cum se demonteaza/monteza rola de la cureaua AC - piesa 2 de aici: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=AL71-EUR-04-2001-E46-BMW-320d&diagId=11_3574

Vad ca are un brat ce intra in tensioner. Si nu are un filet.

 

A demontat/montat cineva piesa asta? Cum se face?

Cu un inbus desfaci surubul 2 (din atasament)iar bratul cu rola 8 iese prin tragere spre fata masinii.Va fi nevoie sa demontezi scutul de plastic de sub motor,iar accesul la surub e destul de dificil dar se poate.Odata scos bratul cu rola poti demonta si rulmentul de pe rola(al meu facea zgomot dar nu avea joc,asa ca l-am uns cu vaselina si l-am montat la loc. Acum e ok)

Da, cred e posibil sa fie un inbus sub capacul de plastic. Probabil ca detensionarea se poate face si din hexul de la capatul bratului de care este prins rulmentul.

Bratul/tija plus rulmentul formeaza o singura piesa am impresia.

Intrebarea e cum se scoate tija aia din intinzator. Intinzatorul e piesa 3.
