Probleme cu aplicatia My BMW

Salutare!

 

F30, 320d, 2017, LCI, NBT EVO 6

 

De o saptamana aplicatia My BMW nu mai poate comunica cu masina. Imi arata date eronate, gen litri rezervor, etc. si nici pot executa nici o comanda cum ar fi lock, unlock, ventilation etc.

 

Am vorbit cu cei de la BMW pe live chat si mi-au spus sa-i dau restart la navigatie prin butonul de volum. Am dat 3 restarturi, aceeasi situatie.

 

Am verificat daca sunt erori pe module, erau ceva, le-am sters si n-au mai aparut inapoi. Am incercat si cu aplicatia in sine, log out, log in, dezinstalare, instalare… Acelasi comportament.

 

Am vazut ca in setari la idrive este optiunea pentru revenirea la setarile din fabrica. Inca n-am incercat-o dar ma gandesc.
