BMW X1 F48 schimb ulei + filtre cutie

Bună ziua, 

Am un BMW X1 2.0 xd 190CP 2018. As dori sa schimb uleiul și filtrele la cutie. Motorul este dispus transversal. Cutia este automata și dispusa tot transversal din ce am inteles. Modelul cutiei de viteze este GA8F22AW.

Filtrul se poate demonta ușor, din lateral sau trebuie demontata cutia? Din ce vad în poza pare simplu. 

Ce ulei îmi recomndati sa folosesc?

Am văzut pachete pe autodoc, epiesa etc. cam la 1000-1200 lei (ZF, MEYLE etc.)

Am atașat poze cu cutia.

Cati km sunt facuti? Peste 150k? Poate dupa acei km ar trebuie schimbate filtre si ulei la automata.

Iar uleiul de motor oficial i-ar trebui 0w30 ultima clasa, FE. I-as pune pana la 150-200k ulei dedicat acestei generatii de motoare.
