Problema navigatie, ecran negru

Salut! Detin un BMW E90 NFL 2007 cu navigatie CCC. De curand ecranul navigatiei nu mai porneste, ramane negru. Nu pot scoate CD-ul cu hartile si nici cel cu muzica din unitate, joystick-ul se invarte in gol si cred ca ventilatorul din spate functioneaza continuu. Care este problema?
