Si nu se mai inzavoraste (tija) sau nu este eliberata tija ..ruloului?

nu se inzavoreste absolut nimic, ea vrea sa se inchida tot timpul si ca sa stea deschisa tija se prinde intr-un sant , cand vrei sa inchizi scoti din șanțul respectiv si se inchide automat, un sistem foarte primitiv

probabil ceva blocheaza  cilindrul ala sa se invarta
