Salut! Am nevoie de un sfat. Dețin un BMW X3 2.0 diesel, an 2015. Mașina a luat foc în mers, incendiul pornind din compartimentul motor. Sunt proprietar din decembrie și ulterior am aflat că exista o rechemare în service pentru acest model, însă atunci când am contactat reprezentanța mi s-a spus că piesele nu erau disponibile.

 De asemenea, în situația în care mașina avea o rechemare activă și incendiul ar putea avea legătură cu problema respectivă, pot solicita despăgubiri sau pot face o reclamație către reprezentanță sau către BMW?

De la reprezentanta mi s-a zis ca mașina ar avea km dați înapoi, am vre-o sansa sa rezolv ceva ? 

 

Orice experiență similară sau sfat este binevenit. Mulțumesc!
