Sincronizare EWS 2 cu ECU de pe masina cu EWS3 - cum?

nu te gandi ca stiu foarte multe legate de cum sa resoftezi ca nu stiu; dar din toata discutia am inteles ca nu se potriveste ecu cu ews-ul; cel mai simplu e sa cumperi un ews pt ecu al masinii in ideea in care vad ca merge greu cu resoftarea; un ews II ar fi undeva la 400 lei; nu stiu cati bani dai pe resoftari,la asta ma gandesc.. deocamdata nu dau mai nimic, daca reusim ii voi da omului din recunostinta.

 

daca ews-ul ar fi nou, initializarea ar putea avea succes mai usor sau cum?

Ehm... nu chiar. E ca si cum ai cumpara un laptop nou, fara sistem de operare :)

esti sigur? de exemplu nici la cheie nu e nevoie de vreo softare cand o primesti noua (ca altfel ii ziceam sa cumpere unul din dezmembrari)

esti sigur? de exemplu nici la cheie nu e nevoie de vreo softare cand o primesti noua (ca altfel ii ziceam sa cumpere unul din dezmembrari)

Cheia cand o primesti noua, are chipul immo scris deja cu "password"-ul masinii.

Uite, eu spre exemplu, chiar am intrebat acum la un magazin de piese cu care lucrez, daca imi pot aduce EWS. Le-am dat codul de piesa si mi-au spus ca mi-l pot aduce, original, 7 - 10 zile lucratoare :)

Crezi ca vine scris? EU zic ca nu!

eu ma indoiesc,comanda-l ca il platesc eu

Cateva idei despre functionarea EWS2:

 

On EWS II, a key transponder and a EWS control module are used. the transponder is used to energize the EWS control module and sends key identification code to EWS control module. If the code is correct, EWS control module will activate the starter. Then EWS control module sends a unique Individual Serial Number (ISN) to DME for verification, if the ISN matches the one in DME, the drive away protection is canceled and injection and ignition is enabled. Otherwise, the vehicle will be immobilized.

 

EWS Control Module:When replacing EWSII Control Module with a new, it must be VIN specific in order to recognize key ID codes. In addition, the EWS control module must be ZCS coded and then perform a synchronization with the DME in order to be fully functional. The EWS Control Module must be synchronized with the DME so that it stores the correct ISN/Rolling Code. There is no limit to the number of times the ISN/Rolling Codes may be changed in the EWS Control Module. ZCS coding on the EWS control module can only be performed using OEM scan tool while some OE-level aftermarket scan tools can perform DME-EWS synchronization (see figure).

 

DME Control Module: The DME Control Module is not ordered VIN specific and must be programmed during replacement. After programming, the ISN or Rolling Codes are stored to the DME permanently and is not changeable.

am mai aflat ceva. lucrul esential !

 

in DME trebuie introdus VIN-ul masinii, cel care este si in EWS. Adica si la acest nivel informatia dintre cele 2 module trebuie sa coincida.

 

intrebarea intrebatoare este, cum se scrie/modifica in DME seria sasiului ?

la fel e si la ews (altfel s-ar vinde pe toate gardurile ews nou,dar nu e asa)

Permite-mi sa te contrazic..

EWS-ul vine "virgin" dar nu se comercializeaza decat prin reprezentante....ele fiind singurele "agreeate" sa faca o cheie BMW.... Si in procedura de "invatare" a cheii....intai se "virginizeaza" EWS-ul si apoi se invata cheia... Cheia are chipul scris....el se memoreaza in EWS si apoi EWS-ul se sincronizeaza cu DME (sau DDE)....

Stii tu ceva....dar e un pic invers...In EWS trebuie sa fie VIN-ul masinii...Pentru ca mai toate modulele masinii contin VIN-ul acesteia (EGS-ABS-AirBag, Kombi,LCM....etc....)daca schimbi VIN-ul din DME, te trezesti cu alte tarasenii.......

Eu intreb, cum se scrie acel VIN in DME.

dar nu inteleg ce este cu acea codare ZCS.

ZCS code is a Central Coding Key.

It is is a unique 37 digit (originally a 48 digit) code that contains

specific model, country variation and individual equipment/option information for a "specific" vehicle.

 

It is stored in 2 modules in each car (differes by car but it may be in your instrument cluster and either the LCM or the EWS)

 

That code is used by the software in many other modules to tell them which options in each piece of their software to activate - to address how they operate based on what other equipment is in the car, etc.

Se resofteza DME cu noua serie de caroserie.....sau cu un programator...direct in hex..direct pe memorie....
