Whilst cruising at higher speeds, typically on the motorway during constant throttle, there is an intermittent jolt like a misfire. the jolt / misfire / hesitation occurs once only.Typical speeds under which the complaint is present are; 1800 / 2000 rpm @ 60 / 70 mph

 

During cruising, EGR regulation takes place;- typically when re-applying the accelerator pedal. The actual air consumed by the engine increases but the measured value (actual value from HFM) does not rise proportionally in order for favourable fuelling to take place, this is because the EGR is open and an element of unmetered air negatively effects the calculated. The engine hesitates briefly as a result.

 

In the event of complaint, carry out the following;

- Adjust the EGR, adjust rate of fresh calculated during EGR to +40

- To do this use the service function of the DDE, adjust it by adding the value 40

- End with programming the DDE using the option in the ABL

- Following successful manipulation, let the vehicle assume sleep mode and then check the status of the EGR by entering the test module once more to ensure the value has taken place before carrying out a thorough road test.

 

Carrying out the above procedure does not constitute a fault with the engine as the wear

characteristics of the engine and ancillaries may necessitate the need to adapt the DDE running parameters accordingly.

 

It should however, be noted that the air and fuel system should be fault free prior to

adopting such a change.

am avut si eu o problema asemanatoare, am constatat pe tester ceva probleme la debitmetru ,am folosit un spray de curatat contacte electrice s-a remediat problema instantaneu in ziua respectiva a mers brici , in ziua urmatoare in rateuri, adica avea momente cand te baga in scaun 2/3 sec. dupa care se plafona , am schimbat debitmetrul si problema s-a rezolvat

pe tester debitmetrul defect inregistra la relanti o valoare de 380

ati rezolvat problema pana la urma?

ieri am patit-o si eu: la 1800-2000 rpm, in sarcina sau pe liber, daca accelerez mai brusc, motorul se balbaie, vibrreaza si scoate un fum de raba comunista (albastrui, iute si dens). vad ca simptomele sunt descrise in ultimul post al lui boaska - descrierea din TIS. daca accelerez lin, motorul merge rotund.

la mine merge sa replic simptomele in stationare, cu motorul cald. doar trebuie sa o tin turata la aprox 2000rpm si sa ma joc cu acceleratia.

am in vedere schimbarea filtrului epurator si curatarea egr. am comandat si o piesa de conectare bluetooth pt diagnoza, dar mai dureaza ceva pana ajunge. nu sunt in tara, asa ca serviceul se mai amna deocamdata. pana acum nu am avut nevoie de el ;)

ceva sfaturi?

trebuie sa verifici electrovalva la turbo si furtunul de vacuum prima data

 

la fel si cu cea de la egr si furtunul de vacuum

mersi mult, Boaska!

dupa vreo 3 ore in garaj am INVINS!

am curatat filtru epurator (jegos rau de tot si il voi schimba cu prima ocazie), valva EGR (era curata) si senzorul MAP (blocat cu ulei si mizerie din galeria de admisie). am mai depistat si un furtun de la vacuum care atarna pe acolo degeaba (daaa..!). Rezultatul e ca masina trage foarte bine, poate n-am simtit-o niciodata asa.

Prin urmare, trebuie sa fie cam toate in regula pe acolo ca sa mearga bine masina.

Cu ocazia asta am verificat si turbina si am gasit ulei acolo, dar am aflat ca e normal si niciun joc axial.

Bafta!

Foarte tare topicul asta, am reusit sa schimb pompa de injectie care intr-un final a cazut..... a fost desfacuta bucati si verdictul a fost nu mai are nimic bun in ea, calculatorul era ars, pistonasul de avans uzura mare, cap hidraulic tot ce era pe acolo praf :flowers:

 

Din 2011 am facut 100.000km.... am cumparat o pompa total reconditionata cu calculator nou si restul pieselor inlocuite in pompa, si cu pompa mea veche la schimb( fara costa cu 200€ mai mult)

 

Garantie 12 luni

 

Cu noua pompa porneste mult mai usor ( invarte o singura data motorul) , trage mai bine, nu mai are lag, nu mai scoate fum deloc ( inainte scotea dupa 3000rpm) ,consumul a scazut, motorul merge mai silentios

 

Ce ma deranjeaza este zgomotul de egr deschis la relanti, dupa cateva secunde se deschide egr.ul foarte mult si se aude un zgomot puternic de admisie.... daca accelerez dispare si se aude doar tacanitul de la injectoare, dupa cateva secunde la relanti apare din nou si dispare aproape complet zgomotul de injectoare....e putin ciudat dar ma rog banuiesc ca acum lucreaza asa cum trebuie :rolleyes:
