EGR / CHECK ENGINE

Buna ziua,

 

Intampin o problema de ceva timp.

 

Mi-a aparut in bord martorul CHECK ENGINE FAULT ! Am pus testerul pe masina, erroare pe EGR. Am schimbat EGR-ul, recomandare pentru WAHLER sau original, am ales WAHLER fiind putin mai ieftin.

Erroare nu s-a sters singura dupa schimbul lui, a fost stearsa din tester ( nu stiu daca este normal ). Dupa o perioada s-a aprins iar acel martor, am pus iar testerul. Erroare pe EGR si senzorul de presiune de la filtru de particule.

Am schimbat doar senzorul, EGR-ul fiind nou l-am lasat in pace. Cei de la service mi-au spus ca fiind alta marca (Nu cel original) este posibil sa nu-l "agreeze masina", a mai patit cineva asta? Martorul se stinge/aprinde.

 

Masina este un e90 2009 cod motor N47.

Cred ca ai facut ce spune mai jos...

The service function 'Adaptation exhaust-gas recirculation valve' must be run if the EGR valve was renewed. The service function must be run before renewing the EGR valve.

 

Execution of the service function deletes the adaptation value. After installation of the new EGR valve, the new value is learned and stored in the DDE. For the new value to be learned, the engine must run for about 10 s (idle is sufficient).

 

The following operating procedure must be used:

 

Run engine at idle speed.

 

Reset adaptation with service function.

 

Switch off the ignition and allow the vehicle to go to sleep (neutral values are saved).

 

Replace the exhaust-gas recirculation valve if necessary.

 

Start the vehicle and run it for at least 15 seconds (adaptation of new values has taken place).

 

Switch off the ignition and allow the vehicle to go to sleep (newly adapted values are saved).

 

Note: The newly learned value is permanently stored in after-run mode; for this, the vehicle must first enter rest state. Only a permanently stored adaptation value has an effect on the read out of the position of the AGR valve in the corresponding procedure.

Ciao,

 

Eu am patit asa. Am schimbat EGR, iar eroarea a fost stearsa si a reaparut.

Verifica tot traseul/conductele sa nu fie depuneri/infundate etc...

Am curatat tot ce trebuia curatat, eroarea a fost stearsa si nu a mai reaparut

Multumesc pentru raspuns.

 

Ai curatat si galeria de admisie? Eu nu am curatat o, ma gandesc sa nu fie si de aici problema.

Am un bmw 318 din 2015

A avut rechemare pentru schimb de egr .Am schimbat-o și a dispărut martorul din bord ....după aprox 5000 km iar a aparut

Am curățat admisia, senzoripresiune, capetele din admisie...conducte de aer...și tot se aprinde.

Filtru de particule lucrează innparametri

Nu știu ce sa mai fac....mașina trage excelent
