  6. am si eu o intrebare...daca clapetele nu sunt actionate de vacuum , ele sunt in pozitia deschis?! nu?! :) atunci de ce sa le mai dam jos ,cand putem sa anulam vacuumul si aia e... :lol:
  7. pierderea se simte daca mergi pana in 2300 de ture (fara sa o calci) ...daca o calci nu simti pierderea . :)

  11. iti dai seama ca am si modelul de 4.5 si tot nu am incredere?! :)
  12. eu zic ca este inchis cazul.. :) 1.fie o noua admisie cu 4.5mm 2.fie scoase clapetele si aia e,siguranta maxima...
  13. eu m-am hotarat a 3-a oara....le dau jos... :) desi cred ca am modelul nou de clapete 4.5mm la ax p.s. in plus cred ca clapetele sunt cele care fac motorul nesigur cand stau constant in 2000rot/min,are momente cand e nesigur in accelerare plecand de la 2000 constant, momente rare de altfel...si cred ca tine de treaba cu 2300rot/min si cuplul marit sub aceasta turatie ,sa nu mai vorbim de noxe..:lol:

As autos work more in the lower rev range makes sense why the 6-pot autos have them. Petrol engines also have swirl control, (emission based) it does improve combustion. Don't go down any odd road of obscure reasoning, they are there to meet emission targets. And improve running. FACT.

DECI DUPA FOITA LIPITA PE ADMISIE VEZI CE COD ARE :lol: "Looks the same except for an 07 manufacturing date. 'Administrative change' looks likely. Also got to bear in mind that the part number changed in 2005, that was probably before manifolds started failing, so the change has nothing to do with failures."
  18. oricum si in pozele lui DanS , aia zic ca e bine sa le scoti ,iar ca si cauza vor creste nesemnificativ noxele...cred ca am sa renunt si eu la ele am deja destule informatii cum ca nu este afectat cu nimic motorul si functionalitatea sa... :)
  19. ma intereseaza ,ca am cumparat masina de noua in 02.01.2005 ,ea dupa serie zice ca e din 09.2004...si na..o avea admisia noua sau cea veche?! o avea seria pe ea?! sau tre sa masor axul :)

Swirl flap failure being reported on BMW diesel engines including later models, less than 10000 miles reported. When the swirl flaps fail they usually break through the metal shaft where the screw/rivet goes through, these then drops into the inlet port and either jam the valve open and the piston smashes against the valve or they drop into the engine, this can cause the piston bore to become badly scored and the piston top can be damaged from the parts embedding themselves in the piston, it's also known that parts can go back up through the open valve and into another cylinder. BMW have made the spindle stronger by using 4.5mm rod instead of 4mm rod, as found on around April 2004 manifolds.
