Problema Rupere Lant Distributie Motoare N47 2.0D

Buna,

 

Ma apuca si pe mine durerea de cap, ca incep sa am si eu probleme cu distributia...

Am contactat BMW Germania, si mi-a trimis email un reprezentant BMW Romania, prin care, cu nonsalanta mi-a spus ca trebuie sa suport eu costul reparatiei, undeva in jurul la 10.000 lei (2500 Euro)

 

Va recomand si voua sa semnati petitia asta, nu cred, dar sper ca se va rezolva ceva.

Revin cu cateva impresii dupa ce in urma cu 4 luni am schimbat tot chitul de distributie(piese OEM). Aproximativ 7-8mii km, problema cu distributia a revenit si ma scoate din sarite! As vrea sa imi spuneti daca merita schimbat si arborele si cat de complicata e operatiunea! La ce pret ajunge un arbore second, dupa 03.09? Va multumesc pentru raspunsuri.

Am fost la reprezentanta BMW in Baneasa sa fac update la soft la masina. Spre surprinderea mea am aflat ca domnul de acolo mi-a zis ca ar fi bine sa nu fac update la soft deoarece exista riscul sa se strice un modul si sa trebuiasca sa il platesc eu . Le-am zis ca imi asum riscul oricum mi s-a parut o prostie(e ca si cum m-as duce la cineva sa imi reinstaleze windows si el imi spune ca nu vrea sa faca asta pentru ca exista riscul sa "nu poata"). Dupa care am avut discutia despre lantul de distributie la masina si l-am intrebat daca s-a rezolvat problema . El a zis ca nu. Si a zis ca nu e vina lor ci a furnizorilor pentru ca au scazut calitatea materialelor folosite.

Deci cine schimba distributia nu scapa?

A zis ca la ei te costa in jur de 3k euro sa schimbi distributia pentru ca o sa schimbe si vibrochenul. Si cand am intrebat daca sunt probleme si la motoarele din 2012 a zis ca distributia e aceeaiasi deci sunt probleme nu s-a rezolvat nimic. A zis ca nu au avut ei in service masini din 2012 cu distributia rupta pentru ca ar fi culmea . Dar au avut seria 3, 5, si X5, X3. In principiu dupa cum iti e norocul. In schimb mi-a zis ca nu au avut cazuri in care sa nu se fi auzit zgomot inainte ca distributia sa se rupa. A zis ca se aude cand e motorul rece daca probleme sunt mici iar inainte sa se rupa se aude si cu motorul cald. Ce au scris unii inainte ca nu se auzea nimic si ca s-a rupt distributia par a fi bancuri. Am fost la 2 reprezentate si au zis la fel ca inainte sa se rupa se aude.

Problema la masina mea a revenit in sensul ca in contnuare lantul freaca una dintre patine, acesta este fasaitul despre care vorbesc.Este foarte probabila si inlocuirea arborelui. Culmea, acum iarna la minus grade nu se aude nimic la pornire, in schimb cand se incalzeste motorul incepe sa se auda lantul care freaca patina. La e90 163cp am avut peste 300.000km si nu am schimbat absolut nimic!

P.S. La service-ul unde am schimbat eu distibutia, la cateva zile a venit un 535d cu pompa de ulei blocata, rupt distrubutie si rectificat ulterior _chiulasa_.

Din tot ce am auzit eu si altii de pe aici, deduc ca harshaitul ala nu e un zgomot-problema, e un zgomot normal de distributie la N47. Nici macar la mine nu era o problema REALA. Imi amintesc foarte clar ca acum 1 an, la un F10 am auzit EXACT acelasi zgomot si masina aia chiar nu avea cum sa aiba multi km.

Cand si daca o sa fie vreodata probleme, sunt convins ca zgomotul il auzi chiar de esti afon la motoare.

 

Concluzia: sa tinem urechile ciulite pe viitor, in rest sa ne bucuram de masina asa cum e.

Nu e chiar culmea... pentru ca uleiul este f gros la rece. Si cat despre povestea ca nu e vina celor de la bmw e vina producatorilor.... e penibila. Daca au vazut ca aia le dau gunoaie ei insista sa le cumpere de vreo 5 ani. MAi mult ca sigur vreun directoras de la BMW a hotarat sa reduca costurile si odata cu aceasta masura a scazut si calitatea.

Deci eu am sunat cam cu o luna in urma la bavaria sa intreb daca masina mea are vreo rechemare in service, am comunicat seria de sasiu si mi-au spus nu, stati linistit ca masina nu are nimic. Apoi am intrebat daca e cazul sa fac o verificare a distributiei si mi-au zis ca nu e cazul, e pe lant si nu necesita mentenanta...

 

Acum ma repet, TOATE motoarele N47 sufera de problema asta. Nu exista serii cu probleme sau nu. E acelasi nenorocit de crankshaft si pe toate motoarele astea, 116d, 118d, 120d, 123d, 318d, 320d, 520d, X1, X3 de dupa aprilie 2007 e acelasi vilbrochen sau cum s-o scrie...

 

Eu vreau sa achizitionez BMW 320d din 2006,si la el sunt problemele legate de distributie?

Complaint

Engine noise and friction scraping type from 1500 rev / min, perceptible in the cockpit. The noise is noticeable on the gearbox housing or the oil pan.

 

Cause

Sharp edges of the sprockets or the distribution channel does not move regularly on the slides.

 

Measure

It is necessary to distinguish two cases enter:

case 1:

 

for motors N47, N47DKO, N47S, production period from 01.03.2007 to 05.01.2009.

In case of customer complaint, replace the following parts:

(See Appendix, Figures 1-7) - 11 21 7803479 replacement crankshaft with bearings.

 

Note: Use crankshafts produced after 5. 1. 2009 l

The production date stamped on the crankshaft sprocket (see Appendix, page 2.)

Numbers mean:

- The first two digits indicate the production line.

- The six digits indicate the year (two digits), month, and day.

- The five checkered figures correspond to the serial number of the crankshaft.

The crankshaft shown on page 2 of the Annex has been made October 21, 2009.

 

- 11 41 7 797 896 chain drive of the oil pump.

- 11 31 8 506 652 chain below.

- 13 52 7 797 906 sprocket for driving the oil pump.

- 11 27 7 800 523 gear (intermediate gear for balancing shafts).

- 11 27 7 802 575 pinion (drive shaft balancing).

- 11 27 7 802 576 pinion (drive shaft balancing).

- 11 31 8 510 014 upper chain.

- 11 31 7 797 899 slide / slide for superior supply chain.

- 13 52 7 797 904 slide / slides to the lower chain.

 

Note: according tune and repair instructions for the idler

balance shafts!

If the idler gear and balancer shafts are set incorrectly, the engine can produce sounds

even with a nine crankshaft, etc.. the

See the manual repair 11 21 500 "replacement of the crankshaft."

 

Note 1 of the vehicles on which the crankshaft has already been replaced in a

Case 2:

- 11 31 8 506 652 chain down.

- 13 52 7 797 906 sprocket for driving the oil pump.

- 11 31 8 510 014 upper chain.

- 11 31 7 797 899 slide / slide for superior supply chain.

- 13 52 7 797 904 slide / slide for chain lower

 

Note: it is not necessary to loosen the bolt on the idler gear for trees

balancing the

 

Note: Since March 2011, there are new tracks.

These slides have no reinforcement bars.

The running surface of the rails is very flat.

The chain moves well on regular slides.

Part numbers have not changed.

Nu. Nu am zgomot. Cel putin eu nu il aud (81.500 km) si l-am ascultat si rece si cald.

 

Saptamana viitoare am programare la ei si o vor verifica si ei.

 

Cumva ma bucur ca inca nu am facut interventia. Vad ca astia inca modifica piese.
